## What is  Direct Primary Care? 

Direct Primary Care is a modern alternative to the traditional insurance-based clinic model. Traditional clinics require providers to see thousands of patients to cover billing overhead, resulting in brief, rushed visits and long wait times.

By operating outside of the insurance network, Sigla cuts out the middleman. Patients pay a straightforward, predictable monthly membership fee. In return, you receive comprehensive, unhurried primary care, seamless communication with your provider, and highly personalized wellness strategies.

One-Time Enrollment Fee:  $100 per person or $150 per family.

Annual Discount:  Receive 1 month free when you pre-pay for an annual membership.

-   Specialist referral coordination 
-   Access to wholesale/discounted labs and laboratory result review 
-   Health coaching and preventive care counseling 

### Excluded from Membership

Available as add-ons or external services

-   Medical Weight Management programs 
-   Functional Medicine consultations 
-   Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT/HRT) and Peptide Therapy 
-   IV Vitamin Therapy 
-   Specialty prescription medications and advanced functional lab test kits 
-   External imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans) and specialist consultation fees 
-   Hospitalizations, emergency room visits, and procedures performed outside Sigla 

A Note on Health Insurance:  Sigla is not an insurance plan. We strongly encourage all members to maintain health insurance or a health-sharing plan to cover catastrophic events, specialist consultations, hospitalizations, surgeries, and emergency room care.

Your DPC membership acts as your primary care foundation, completely free from deductibles and copays.
