Welcome to Sigla Primary Care & Wellness. I'm Dr. Cristopher "Cris" Cipriano, a doctorally prepared, double board-certified nurse practitioner dedicated to providing personalized, relationship-based healthcare that puts patients first.
Throughout my career, I've cared for patients across primary care, internal medicine, hospital medicine, geriatrics, urgent care, and hematology/oncology at one of the nation's leading academic medical centers. These experiences have reinforced my belief that exceptional healthcare begins with listening, building trust, and treating the whole person—not just a diagnosis.
I founded Sigla because I wanted to create the kind of practice I believe every patient deserves: one where appointments aren't rushed, communication is accessible, and healthcare is focused on prevention, wellness, and long-term relationships. Through our Direct Primary Care model, patients receive individualized care with the time and attention needed to achieve their health goals.

When I'm not caring for patients, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family and loved ones, staying active, connecting with nature, and continually pursuing new knowledge to provide the highest quality care.
